Fever

DD2 has been struck by the sickies once again. She's got a cold and a cough plus fever. Poor girl. She hasn't been able to sleep well which means I haven't been able to sleep well either. Yesterday, I was trying in vain to get her to drink some medicine but she absolutely refused. She'd spit it out and I'd get all upset. In the end, I let it go. I just waited for DH. He has a way with his girls, me included. LOL! He got DD2 to drink her medicine!
I'm sitting here waiting for DD2 to fall asleep. As soon as she does, I'm crawling back into my bed and get me some more sleep. I'm thinking I have another hour to "nap" before any of the other kids wake up. So I'm hoping DD2 will fall asleep soon ...
