I've missed doing these daily photo prompts the last several days. DD2 was sick and I was just busy with real life stuff. Good thing I've got shells down here so this was not too hard to do. Speaking of shells, I'm feeling kinda like I just want to hide in my shell nowadays. I'm just not feeling as confident as I want to be. My insecurities are getting the better of me. I look at my son and admire his confidence, y'know? He's shy sometimes but still his confidence shines through. Well maybe, it's not that he's shy - the more appropriate term would be "reserved" I suppose. Was I confident as a child too? From my parents' stories, it seems like I was. So when did my insecurities overtake my confidence?
