I don't drink water often enough. Well, I don't drink anything enough. Sometimes, I find myself dizzy already and realize that I must be dehydrated. DH keeps "scolding" me and tells me to drink more water particularly when I was pregnant!
These flavored waters are DH's current drink of choice. He's got a stash of these in the fridge.
I don't like drinking these too often either because sometimes, they leave me thirstier, if that makes any sense!
I'm trying to be better at drinking water, especially since the summer heat has arrived here.
