We've been pretty satisfied with our Car Insurance company. We've been with AAA for the last several years and have been satisfied with their service. I like that they offer bundle discounts. We also have our home insurance with them so we get a discount for that. They've never given us any real problems either. Insurance claims were quickly attended to and resolved. The only thing that was kinda negative was when BIL crashed one of the vehicles which was still under our name. The insurance company covered it but soon after made us sign a waiver stating that should BIL get into another crash in one of our vehicles, the company would not cover it anymore. Since then, we've been very wary of lending any of our vehicles to BIL. Because it would not matter whether he's at fault or not, any crash would not be covered at all!

I'm not sure what our rates will be this year. I think there is going to be an increase because MIL's car(which is under DH's name) will be added to our policy too. I hope it isn't too much though because well, everything else is getting expensive! UGH!
