You know how it goes... once one child gets sick, all the rest follow. And so it is with our household today. It started last week with DS. He had a cold and pretty soon, DD1 caught it too. DH came from his hospital rounds with a sore throat too. Then DD1 developed a fever last week and I had to keep her off school. Last night, she started complaining of an ear ache. I'm suspecting an ear infection. DH will take her later to the doctor's. My 2 little ones are in bad shape too. DD2 has had fever since yesterday. She's lethargic and just not herself. DD3 woke up today with a fever too. And she has this awful dry cough. My heart aches each time I hear her in a coughing fit and there is nothing I can do to help her.
