Ready for school!

I finally finished shopping for school supplies last night - as in, done! Every single thing on the supply list has been bought. I just need to print out a family pic and write a comforting note. That one's for the earthquake kit. California is earthquake land so I think it's great that the school asks for parents to provide and earthquake kit. Included in the kit are the following:
- 2 canned goods
- 3 packaged drinks
- 1 plastic spoon
- paper cup
- pack of wipes
- emergency thermal blanket ( I had to go to another Target to find this one. So, I got 4. I should be good for the next couple of years! LOL)
- emergency card with medical alerts, blood type and physician and emergency pick up person
- family picture and comforting note (I like that they've even thought of including this. In case of an emergency, I'm sure this would be helpful for the kids - a piece of home in a way.)
