Mommy overload

A mere week has passed since writing my "I Love being Mommy" post and now I am officially feeling a mommy overload. You know the feeling when you just want to get away? When you feel like you're drowning from all things related to your children. When what used to find cute is now just plain annoying?
Yeah...I reached that point today.
I'm just tired.
I've been with my 4 kids for the past 2 months, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I wanna get away!
Right now, what's giving me some sort of sanity is the thought of my new Nikon D40x arriving. Got an email today that it's been shipped and it's estimated to arrive on Friday. Yup! That email gave me just enough light in my day to get me through today. You gotta find those happy thoughts wherever you can, right?
Now, if DH agrees to get me a Crumpler bag for my precious Nikon...now, that will get me through tomorrow! LOL! I found the bag on sale at Circuit City but it's available only in red. DH will hear nothing of it. I like it because it looks like an everyday bag I would carry around.
Any ideas to help me get out of this funk?
