Achieving it the hard way

BIL finally graduated and got his degree in Respiratory Therapy today. It's been a long time coming and we are truly excited and proud of what he has done. I think it's particularly sweet for MIL to see his youngest finally achieve what she has been praying for. And to see him graduate with honors, wow! Just fills up the heart with joy. During the graduation march, as BIL walked past us, SIL turned to me, "Naiiyak ako!"(I feel like crying) I was misty-eyed too.
