Good things come in three's

That's what they say, don't they? That things in life almost always come in three? Well, that seems to be true for me recently.

Yes, I won another scrapping contest - honorable mention this time - for Best Hidden Gem at the DST 2007 scrapper's choice awards. The criteria for this category was the LO should at least be 6 months or older. I submitted this page I had done back in October 2006.

It was such a surprise to have won at all! Sure, I submitted my entry as opposed to being nominated( hehehe... ) but with the number of talented scrappers out there, I didn't think I had the chance. But I'm glad I won. Gives me some confidence to maybe have some pages submitted for publication. Yeah, that's one of my scrapping goals - to be published in a paper mag someday.
