Both DS and DD1 now have the mumps! They'll be staying at SIL's house for now to lessen the risk of the baby contracting the disease.
Accdg to DH, mumps very rarely occurs anymore, particularly here in the U.S. The kids are all up to date in their immunizations so we're not really sure it's the mumps we're dealing with here. The Dr. cannot say exactly what it is but has prescribed antibiotics anyway.
Pls. pray with me that the baby is spared.
