Happy Valentine's Day

I'm not much into Valentine's Day.
Yes, I'm happily married and happily in love(so I'm not cynical about love) but this is just another day in our lives. I think it's mostly a commercial holiday, invented to generate tremendous sales of flowers and chocolates and what-have-you's.
That said, I thought that this week might be an appropriate time to share with you some of the poems/quotes/essays about love that I have come across that have struck a chord in me. They were mostly accumulated in college when I had nothing else to do but read and read. When I came across something I liked, I wrote them in my journal.
So, I will try to post something on love or something related to love everyday this week.
