School's Out!

We officially ended our school year last June 7!

I think the mom was more excited than the kids. Haha.
I can finally focus on planning for our trip to the Philippines next month. However, chores in the house are distracting me. LOL! Chores that have been set aside because if schooling are now begging to be addressed. That includes some necessary carpet cleaning. Our carpet's a mess! It has gotten a beating from the 10 years we have lived here and the 5 kids that have tramped on it. We have not had them cleaned professionally. There've been several companies that offered to clean our carpets like carpet cleaning chapel hill nc but we have not availed of any of their services just yet. What I would really love is take out the carpets and have hardwood floors instead. Now that would be really lovely!
