LP: Makapal (Thick)
Makakapal man ang mga nobelang ito ay mabilis kong natapos basahin. Madali lang kasing basahin. Engaging naman kahit papano ang istorya. Sinabi ko nung una na hindi ko babasahin ang mga ito. Pero kinain ko rin ang mga salita ko. Pinahiram sa akin ng kaibigan ko ang buong set (kulang ang una sa litratong ito kasi naibalik ko na) kaya ayun, natapos ko rin ang serye.Hindi ako nasabik tulad ng karamihan. Ok lang. Hindi sya "must-read" sa aking opinyon.
Sa mga nakabasa ng serye, Team Edward o Team Jacob?
These books may be thick but I breezed through them. It was very light reading. The story was engaging enough for me.
At first, I swore I was not going to give in to the Twilight mania. I, obviously ate my words. A friend of mine lent me her set (the first one is missing from this pic as I had already returned it by the time I took the photo).
I did not go ga-ga over the series like others have. It's ok. Not a "must-read" in my opinion.
To those who are fans of the series, Team Edward or Team Jacob?

mahilig din akong magbasa ng mga novels mas makapal mas exciting, thanks sa visit
I am an Edward fan. Original sya kasi eh. Second choice nalang si Jacob. hehehe
I am sure i would not like to put down the book if am given the chance to hold those thick books. I always have this notion that thick books have great stories.

I'm not that into Twilight din, kaya I don't get it when people go craze about it. I think it's overrated!!!

Out of curiosity, I read the 1st book. Before I knew it I finished the 4th. Even so, I was not impressed by the writer's (lack of) writing skill but of people in facebook 'selling' the story, napabasa tuloy ako, hahaha!!
Me thinks me goes for Edward.

ganun din ang nangyari sa akin..hindi ako masyadong bilib sa pagsusulat ng may akda pero natuwa naman ako kina Bella at Edward kaya nabasa ko ang apat na libro. Maligayang LP!
matapos akong nagpakasawa noon sa mga nobela ni Anne Rice, nawalan na ako ng enthusiasm sa Twilight.:p mukhang entertaining naman kaya ok na rin.
binasa ko rin ang series. entertaining. pero hindi talaga masasabing henyo si stephanie meyer sa pagsulat. at inis na inis ako kay isabella swan dahil ang clingy nya. haha.

agree, makapal ang libro pero very light reading. di mo na kailangan mag-isip :-)
at kumpleto ko na rin ang set ko nito. xmas ni gift ni hubby ang last book.

Type ko naman ang mga librong gaya nito dahil very entertaining at may bonus na "kilig factor" pa - hehehe :) Siyempre pa, go Team Edward!

Ang bilis mo naman magbasa - those look like very thick books!
I chose to just watch the movie version - and was, like you, so-so about it.
