The sickies again...

DH and I have been sick with this cough for a week now. He was working today and was seen by the doctor. He was concerned that it might be pneumonia or something. Thankfully, his chest x-rays were all clear. But he's been prescribed some antibiotics just to be sure.

I have the same symptoms as him and will likely take the same antibiotics. But before I can take anything, we have to be sure I am not preggers. *rolls eyes* Honestly, just the idea of taking that test scares me - a lot!!! I have not had my period yet since giving birth in January. Yes, I've been nursing DD3 so that may explain it. But you never know, you know? DH is sure I'm not pregnant. Me, however, I'm having nightmares of seeing that positive sign on the pregnancy stick! LOL! And I've been having that nightmare since January! I swear!

So, earlier tonight, I took the test. I could not bear to look at it... I left the room and let DH take care of it.

And we're in the clear. . .

I can take the antibiotics to get rid of this nasty cough.

Whew!
