Sweet child of mine

DS has always been a sweet one.
After I had picked him up from school the other day, he asks: "How was your day Mom? Did you have a good day now that me and DD1 are in school?"
I answer, "yeah, I had a good day."
DS: "What will happen when DD3 goes to school already? Are you going to miss us?"
ME: "Of course I'm going to miss you all. I won't have anyone with me at home anymore."
DS: "Do we have that thing that goes off and tells you when there's a thief or something in the house?"
ME:"You mean an alarm?"
DS: " Yes, that."
ME: "No, why do you ask?"
DS: " Well, who will protect you when we're all in school and you're alone here? What if someone comes to hurt you?"

Isn't he the sweetest? Of course I assured him that I was going to be fine. I did tell him though that he should pray for me too like I pray for him. Can you just imagine him being the protective big bro? Although you can see that he's such a big worrier too. He thinks of everything!
But it's undeniable too - he really is a sweet sweet boy! And I love him so!
