I had to raid DH's toolbox for today's photo. This is his leveler - is that what it's called? It's meant to show you if something's straight - much needed when trying to put up shelves for example.

I could not find this tool the first time I searched in his toolbox because I was looking at the wrong place. It was tucked in the inner pocket of his tool bag. He's got a box AND a bag in the garage. When we moved into this house, the prior owner had installed cabinets and peg boards on one wall of the garage. The cabinets have been put to good use. The peg boards on the other hand have not. It does not look very strong. You know the type that looks like it will buckle once you hang something heavy on it. That's probably why DH does not want to hang his tools on them. I wonder if a metal pegboard would work much better. I suppose it's stronger, right? Should it work, I'd like to put it up on the opposite wall to hang some of our other stuff - like the Christmas lantern that's now laying on the floor and some other cleaning supplies like the broom and dust pan. It will make for a much neater garage, don't you think?
