Goosebumps all over
I've a story to tell about one of DS' classmates yesterday.The kids still had class that morning. And the parents were asked to come at noon to help them get dressed in time for the 1 pm graduation ceremony. (Ang Catholic school nga naman, talagang sinagad eh no? No wasted time! LOL)
Anyway, the dad of one of DS' classmates is in the army, fighting in Afghanistan. He arrived yesterday morning and went straight to the school. DS' classmate did not know his dad was coming. The dad sneaked up from behind his son and surprised him. OMG! His son was so surprised, he did not know what to say but his whole face just lit up. I had goosebumps all over just watching the reunion. I'm tearing up right now just recalling it. It was such a precious moment! And you could just see the boy's face was just glowing - his smile so wide! Such a precious moment indeed ...

I'm sure DS' classmate was thrilled and very happy! That made the day extra special.
If I was there, I might have cried too. I agree, that was a very precious moment!
