Web-based CRM software

I'm hoping to start my own scrap-for-hire business. Right now, I've filed my DBA and my business license with the city already. All the legal stuff I think I need have been taken care of already.
At this point, I need to find clients and generate some buzz. I don't know where to start though. LOL! I'm not much of a sales person. I feel awkward hawking my stuff, kwim? But it is something I need to do if I want to have a successful business!
I still need to make some decisions about where I want to take this business to. Right now, I don't think I'm ready to give it my all.
But when I am ready to push this business to a full-time thing, this crm software will really be handy. 2 features that really caught my attention are the lead attention meter and campaign trackers. I think these are very important features because you really need to track down the leads you get and you have to know which advertising campaigns are the most income-generating for your business. The software does the legwork for you so you can concentrate more on delivering your products and services to your clients.

I'm sure you'll be able to start your business soon. At least all the legalities have been covered already.

I wish you all the best!h
