New word for the day

I was in the shower. All 4 kids were in the room. I was just starting my shower when the phone rang. I decided to let the machine take it. DD1 comes running to me to say that the phone was ringing. I tell her not to mind it and let the caller leave a message in the machine. I thought none of it after that.
The next day, I saw Tita B.
TitaB: I called your house yesterday but...
Me: Oh was that you? There was no message.
TitaB: Yeah, your DD1 answered the phone. It was so cute. I was asking her where you were and she was saying something that I did not understand. I kept asking her to repeat herself but after a while, I stopped because she might get annoyed already. She was saying something that ended in "ing".
Me: Hahaha...Was she saying "ligo-ing"?
TitaB: Yeah, that's it! What was that again?
Me:(now laughing even harder) She said I was "ligo-ing", y'know, in the shower!

For my non-English readers, DD1 conjugated the Tagalog word "ligo"(shower) as an English word.
So there you have it folks, new word learned: Ligo-ing = taking a shower
