A friend called last night after reading my "ARGHH..." post. She wanted to make sure I was okay. Thank you dear friend.

Yes, I am better now.

Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. They brought me comfort.

After making that post, I had myself a good cry then turned to God in prayer. It was still a rough couple of days but soon the burden was lifted and now, I'm happy again.

You know how when you are in the middle of an intense emotion that everything is so heightened. That was where I was when I was making that post.

Man, I mentioned that we were going to buy this leather sectional right? Well, when we got to the store, it was sold already! Bummer! They could not tell us when they were expecting the next shipment. Apparently, the turn-over of furniture at this store is really fast. I guess since they deliver the same day as you buy the furniture, their stocks move rather quickly.

We were there again on Friday to take a quick look and we found the sofa! We quickly looked for a sales associate. And guess what? The floor model was the last one they had in stock! It seems like our choice is a bestseller. We ended up still not buying it because there was a huge scratch. Nope, don't want a scratched leather sectional. The store will be calling us once they get a new shipment in. As we were talking with the sales associate, another couple came with another sales associate. They were interested in the same piece too! Huh, seems our choice is pretty popular! Now, we'll be waiting for that call and hope it comes soon.
